iPhone even makes car trouble fun

On my way to work this morning,

and then "hmmmm.....that's not good"

shortly followed by "what the.....uh-oh...."

Luckily I made it off the freeway

Bye-Bye little car :(

Urrgghh...I hate car trouble. I hate it probably more than anything in the world. But, having my iPhone in hand to document my experience kinda made it fun. Is that weird?

We're Goin' Places

Shortly after Abe and I started dating, I had a vision, an epiphany if you will...

I can't tell you what I saw, I've never even told him what I saw. The vision showed me something beautiful about our future together. All I could tell him at that moment was "we're goin' places."

My Best Friend Melissa is getting married in June!!

On Sunday, the bridesmaids and I hosted a beautiful bridal shower.

Lindsay flew in from Texas. We baked cookies.

15 years ago

February 20, 1967 – April 5, 1994

Sunday marks the 15th anniversary of Kurt Cobains death.

I was 13 when he killed himself. Nirvana was HUGE! I loved Nirvana, still do. I was in the car with my parents and a friend. We had the radio on and I remember the DJ saying that Kurt Cobain had been found dead. My heart broke. I can't believe it has been 15 years.

PS~ Who would have thought Dave Grohl would be the breakout star? He is wildly talented and I'm so happy that he has had so much success.

My favorite $8 lunch

A grande starbucks double shot over ice (it has a little milk and a little syrup) and the tarragon chicken salad sandwich. It just makes my day :D
